If you've connected to your data sources, you will also have options available under integrations. To learn more about integrations, please see About Integrations
Once you select the checkpoint trigger, there are two sections to create the checkpoint: Display and Configure.
Display Tab
This section determines how the checkpoint will look to the end-user, and will include instructions for fulfilling the checkpoint.

Checkpoint Title
Short Description
Video (optional)
Fulfillment Tab:
Helper Text (optional) - best for short and actionable instruction (ex. "Visit our online store to complete this checkpoint."
CTA (optional) - Provide user with a link to make it easier to complete checkpoint (ex. "Visit Store")
Info Tab:
This is a rich text editor where you can share additional rules, links, and information.
Configure Tab
This tab will vary depending on the checkpoint trigger you selected.
Scan QR
Requires the end-user to find and scan this QR to pass this checkpoint.
Examples:
Display at a physical location for users to check-in.
Send in a purchase confirmation email to confirm a user has purchased a specific product.
To set up this checkpoint trigger, you'll select between a static or dynamic code.
Static Code: best for printed materials and can be scanned by more than one user.
Dynamic Code: displayed virtually and refreshes at a time interval of your choice (default is 10 seconds) to deter unauthorized sharing.
For both code types, you have the option to include a link. If included, scanning this code will send the user to that link.
Watch Video
Requires the end-user to watch a % of the embedded video.
To configure this checkpoint, add a video URL or embed code.
Optionally, you can require the user to watch a defined % of the video in order to pass the checkpoint.
Geolocate
Confirm the user is at a specific location in order to pass this checkpoint.
To configure, add a location and radius.
Submit Form
Create a simple form to collect information about your users.
To configure, you'll add a title and short description. Then, you'll use our form builder to create a custom form. Question types include:
Checkboxes - users select all that apply
Multiple Choice - users make one selection from multiple choices
Scale - users select answer from a scale (ex. rate your experience from 1 to 5)
Open Answer (short) - users provide free-form answer in a limited input field.
Open Answer (long) - users provide free-form answer in a longer input field.
Custom Checkpoint
The custom checkpoint uses a conditions builder that allows you to create a wide variety of checkpoint triggers that meet your needs.
Examples:

Purchase a specific product
