What is a Journey?
Journeys are at the heart of the Tronic experience, they are going to entice users to join and encourage them to be active in your community. They are simply a set of steps a user completes to earn a reward. These steps can be many different things from interacting with social media to making a required number of purchases. Users go on these Journeys to earn rewards and because they are fun.
Planning out a Journey
In the dashboard, you will see along the left-hand side, several options including "Journeys" but before we start making a Journey we need to make the assets of our Journey. They include:
Rewards - Typically a reward is given to the user for completing a Journey, but can be issued throughout the Journey as well. In the user-facing app, there is a rewards section for users to browse available rewards.
Tokens - Typically, tokens are given to the user for completing a Journey, but can be issued throughout the Journey as well. They are digital collectibles similar to badges. They can be used to unlock Rewards.
